Provides ongoing SAP functional system support. Understands the integration of the software platform and implication of module changes on other module functionality, master data impacted, security and development solutions.Applies, modifies, and/or recommends changes as appropriate.
Understands all relevant levels impacted by our SAP landscape including business processes and reporting requirements, user interface, ancillary technologies, configuration toolset and a strong understanding of tables, fields, and the function of SAP modules.Applies knowledge of product platform functionality and the configuration toolkit to translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications, configuration changes or initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options.Technical configuration accountability of our SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fieldglass and SAP CATS modules working in conjunction with our IT business analysts and the business.Defines and documents technical specifications from business requirements and validates solutions with the business. Participate as the technical expert on projects or acts as subject matter expert with both our GIS business relationship managers and with our business partners to analyze user business requirements and translate into detail technical designs.
